In the Ease of Access Center (see picture below), you can make the computer easier for you to use, such as starting On-Screen Keyboard, setting up High Contrast, etc. Suppose you are not sure how to turn on Ease of Access Center in Windows computer, this article will respectively show you how to turn it on and off in Windows 8.

Way 1: Use hotkeys.
Use the Windows+U hotkeys to directly open Ease of Access Center.
Way 2: Turn it on in Control Panel.
Step 1: Right-click the bottom left corner of the screen to open the Quick Access Menu and then select Control Panel to access it.
Step 2: Choose Ease of Access in Control Panel.
Way 3: Open it through searching.
Press Windows button and F button together to open the Search bar, choose Settings, enter ease of access center in the blank box and click Ease of Access Center.
Method 1: Use hotkeys.
Press Alt+F4 hotkeys to close Ease of Access Center instantly.
Method 2: Make use of the close button.
Tap the close button on the top right corner of the window, as shown in the following screen shot.
Now, you can choose the method you like to turn on and turn off Ease of Access Center in your PC.
