Step 1: Right-click the blank area on the desktop, choose New in the context menu and tap Text Document in the sub-menu to create a new text document.
Step 2: Open the new text document, and input calc.
Step 3: Click File on the top left corner, and select Save As to move on.
Step 4: Rename the document, manually add ".cmd" (without double quotation marks) to the end of the name and click Save button to save the file.
Then, the file created on the desktop can serve as the Calculator shortcut with which you can rapidly open the Calculator app.
