Step 1: hold the Windows +R key at same time to bring up Run dialog.
Step 2:Type Regedit in the Run dialog, then click Enter.
Step 3: In the Register Editor window, click the Edit item on the top bar and select Find option in the coming option list.
Step 4: Type the OutlookSecureTempFolder in the Find dialog, then click Find Next button.
Step 5: When the OutlookSecureTempFolder key is found, you should just double click the key to find its value.

Step 6: Copy the value of the key and paste it in the explorer. Then you can find some outlook temp files. Just delete them and restart your Outlook.
