With the assistance of the context menu (as shown in the screen shot below) on the Start Menu, you can change tile size, unpin tiles from Start Menu and so forth. Likewise, other people can perform the same operations in your PC. To avoid any inconvenience, you can remove context menu from Start Menu according to the steps illustrated below.

Step 1: Turn on the Local Group Policy Editor.
Step 2: Locate and enter the "Remove drag-and-drop and context menus on the Start Menu" setting.
BTW, it is located in User Configuration/Administrative Templates/Start Menu and Taskbar.
Step 3: Enable this setting by choosing Enabled and tapping OK in its edit window.
Then, you'll find that context menu does not show up when you right-tap any tile on the Start Menu. Additionally, when you right-click any blank area on the Start Screen, the context menu turns up, but no options appear on it, as exhibited in the following picture.
