If you open multiple tabs in Internet Explorer on your Windows PC, you will see the following warning dialog when you close IE, asking you whether to close all tabs or the current tab. Step 1: Open Internet Explorer, press Alt+T to open the Tools menu and tap Internet options.
Step 2: In the General settings, click the Tabs button to continue.
Step 3: As the Tabbed Browsing Settings window shows up, deselect Warn me when closing multiple tabs and hit OK.
After these steps, when you close IE where multiple tabs are opened, no warning dialog will pop up.
