When you press left Shift + left Alt + Print Screen to turn on High Contrast in Windows 10 computer, the High Contrast dialog box (see the following picture) pops up, asking whether you want to turn it on or not. In this text, you'll know how to remove the dialog in two procedures.

Step 1: Get into Ease of Access Center by Windows+U, and then click Set up High Contrast.
Step 2: In the next window, under High Contrast, deselect Display a warning message when turning a setting on, and then tap OK.
After these steps, you can directly use the keyboard shortcut mentioned to turn High Contrast on.
