Follow the steps below to create a shortcut for Windows Script Host Settings (see the following picture) on the desktop in Windows 10 computer.
Video guide on how to create Windows Script Host Settings shortcut on desktop:
Step 1: Right-tap blank space on the desktop, point at New in the menu and choose Shortcut.
Step 2: In the Create Shortcut window, type c:\windows\system32\wscript.exe and click Next.
Step 3: Enter Windows Script Host Settings to name the shortcut, and then select Finish.
