Steps to create Recovery Drive shortcut in Windows 10:

Step 1: Right-click any blank area, open New in the context menu and choose Shortcut in the sub-menu.

Step 2: As the Create Shortcut window occurs, type c:\windows\system32\recoverydrive.exe and tap Next.

Step 3: Select Finish to have this shortcut created.
