Apart from opening Windows 10 Magnifier by use of Windows key+Volume Up key (i.e. plus key), this article introduces several other methods to start it for your reference.

Way 1: Turn on the app in Start Menu.
Step 1: Click the lower-left Start button, and open All Apps.
Step 2: Open Windows Ease of Access, and tap Magnifier.
Way 2: Start Magnifier by Search.
Tap the Search button on the bottom-left corner, type magnifier in the search box and click Magnifier in the results.
Way 3: Open the program via Run.
Press Windows+R to show the Run dialog, type magnify and click OK.
Way 4: Start it through Command Prompt.
Step 1: Open Quick Access Menu with Windows+X, and select Command Prompt on it.
Step 2: Input magnify and press Enter.
Way 5: Turn on Magnifier via Windows PowerShell.
Step 1: Click Start button, input power in search box and tap Windows PowerShell to open it.
Step 2: Type magnify and hit Enter.
Way 6: Open it in Ease of Access Center.
Press Windows+U to open Ease of Access Center, and then click Start Magnifier.
Way 7: Turn it on in PC settings.
Step 1: Open PC settings.
Step 2: Choose Ease of Access.
Step 3: Select Magnifier on the left, and click the switch under Magnifier to turn it on.
