Wheather you customed to empty your out-of-date email or accidentally deleted emails, one day you may find that one of them could help in some ways. Then you want to restore deleted emails Outlook but have no way to start. Follow the guide to learn how to recover deleted email in Outlook 2007/2010/2013/2016.
Emails will be the divide into Delete Items group in Microsoft Outlook. Two ways to restore deleted emails in the following.
Locate the corresponding version of your Microsoft Outlook and view details below.
Step 1: Open Outlook 2007, tap on Deleted Items. Right-click the email you want to restore and choose Move to Folder.
Note: You can go to the Move to Folder window by press Ctrl + Shift + V.
Step 2: When the Move Items window popups, select a folder and click on OK.
For Outlook 2010
Step 1: Launch Outlook 2010, click on Deleted Items to show all deleted emails.
Step 2: Right-click on the email you want to restore and select Move > Other Folder.
Step 3: In the Move Items window, choose a folder to restore.
Step 1: In the left panel, click on All Folders then open the Deleted Items folder.
Step 2: Right-click and navigate to MoveOther Folder, select a folder to recover deleted email.
Step 1: On the Menu Bar click on Tools then select Recover Deleted Items.
Step 2: Select the item and click on the Recover icon at the top-left corner.
Step 1: At the top, click on the Folder tab. Click on Recover Deleted Items in the Clean Up section.
Step 2: Click on one item then click Recover Selected Items.
If you delete emails from trash folder, you can recover permanently deleted emails from Registry.
Step 1: Press Windows + R to invoke Run dialog, input "regedit" and press Enter.
Step 2: Expand the folders one by one:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Exchange\Client\Options
Note: If you cannot find any of them, right-click to create a new key and rename it.
Step 3: In the right panel of Options folder, right-click to create new DWORD (32-bit) Value.
Step 4: Set its name to DumpsterAlwaysOn, double-click and change the value to 1. Close the Registry Editor then relaunch your Microsoft Outlook to make an effect.
