Outlook email receives dozens or even hundreds of messages every day. Some of them are junk emails, also called spam, which would take up inbox space and slow down your work efficiency. Part of them are work emails that you have to deal with. Accordingly, it is worth to take advantage of built-in features to better organize Outlook emails and begin to focus on more tasks. Refer to the following three best tips to manage Outlook emails.
Here are three ways you can automatically block junk emails that send from a single sender.
1. Select the junk email and click on Home tab;
2. In the Delete group, click the Junk icon and choose Block Sender.

2. Navigate to Junk > Block Sender.
1. Under Home tab, click on Junk icon and select Junk E-mail Options;
2. You can choose the level of junk email protection you want.
If you want to manage emails in some specify conditions, you can create a rule for them.
1. In the Home tab, click on RulesCreate Rule.
2. Click on the target email, tick the condition checkbox of received emails and decide how to deal with these emails under "Do the following" section.
In this part, you can clean Inbox emails by one-click. Though it can automatically remove redundance emails to the Deleted Items folder, there are some drawbacks: if it comes with attachments, you need to retrieve it from the trash folder.
1. Right-click on the Inbox folder and select Clean up Folder;
2. Click on Clean up Folder in the prompt;
3. Tap on OK to remove repetitive emails automatically.
