Deleting text messages on your iPhone is simple. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Open iPhone Settings, and then scroll down and tap on Apps, and then go to Messages.
Step 2: Under the Message History section, tap on "Keep Messages". Select either "30 Days", "1 Year", or "Forever" for your preference.
Step 3: This will automatically delete messages older than the specified time frame. In the popup, tap on Delete.
