Compared with the defaulted mode of Google Chrome, the Chrome's dark mode can give you a different and fresh browsing experience. So, it's worth to try the Chrome's dark mode and you can turn on the dark mode on Chrome in Windows 10 with the 3 ways below.
Before you apply the following ways, don't forget to close your Chrome browser firstly.
This way can enable the dark mode for Chrome, but the rest Windows 10 will also be in dark mode.
Step 1: Click the Start menu and choose Settings.
Step 2: Select Color in the left pane. Then roll down the page to the Choose your default app mode option to click Dark.

Step 2: Switch to the Shortcut window. Locate to the Target bar > input a space > enter --force-dark-mode. After that, click Apply.
