HP Pavilion computer is a good computer. And it is famous for its good performance in operations. In the meanwhile, it offers many good peripheric devices like exclusive wireless keyboard, optical mouse and so on. Sometimes the wireless keyboard may be not available. And we will illustrate how to fix the wireless keyboard not working on HP Pavilion computers.
Step 1: Press Ctrl + Shift + Backspace + Num Lock keys combination for about 6 seconds. This operation is to initialize the keyboard settings.
Step 2: Go to the bottom side of the keyboard and remove the battery of it. After 3 minutes, reinstall this battery to its port.
Step 3: plug the adapter to the computer and press the connect button for 6 seconds until a blue light begins to flash.
Step 4: Press the blue button on the beneath of the keyboard until the blue light on adapter doesn't flash anymore.
After the above operation, typically, you can use the wireless keyboard now.
