In general, our computer can be compliant with multiple formats of USB, such as NTFS, FAT 32, FAT, and so on. But, if you want to connect USB to Android Phone with OTG, it is necessary to check the format of USB.
Note: If the error still exits while your USB format is FAT 32, you can try to change to insert another USB to OTG cable. Or you can also try to san the virus.
Step 1: Hit Window + E combi to open File Explorer.
Note: Remember to backup your file data before formatting your USB.
Step 2: In the left side, click on This PC then right-click on the drive letter of USB has shown you. Select Format from the list to format USB or you can choose Properties to view the USB format.
Step 3: Under File System, click on the down arrow and select FAT 32 from the drop-down.
Step 4: Tap on Start to continue. When a warning show you, click on OK. Waite for several seconds, it will finish quickly.
Step 1: Go to the desktop then right-click on This PC, choose Manage from the options.
Step 2: In the left sidebar, navigate to Computer ManagementStorageDisk Management.
Step 3: In the middle area, locate the number of USB. Right-click and select Format.
Step 4: Next to File system, choose FAT 32 and tap on OK.
