Step 1: Go to Control Panel.

Step 2: Display all Control Panel items in small icons.
As you can see from the picture below, click Category button beside View by on the upper right, and select Small icons in the list.
Step 3: Find taskbar and open it.
In the All Control Panel Items window, find Taskbar with the assistance of scroll bar on the right, and then tap it.
Step 4: Make changes in Taskbar Properties.
As Taskbar Properties window emerges, in Taskbar, uncheck the box before Auto-hide the taskbar. Finally, click OK to let the changes take effect.
