Different users sharing the same computer like various lock screens, and everyone wants to change it to an image he or she loves most. However, sometimes, it is unacceptable that the lock screen is changed frequently. And that is why the method to prevent changing lock screen will be illustrated in this article.

Step 1: Enter Local Group Policy Editor.
Open the Search bar by Windows+F hotkeys, choose Apps, type gpedit.msc in the empty box and click gpedit in the search result.

Step 2: Find and double-click the setting of "Prevent changing lock screen image" in Computer Configuration.
More narrowly, it can be located according to the following path.
Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Control Panel/Personalization/Prevent changing lock screen image
Step 3: Enable the setting.
In the window of Prevent changing lock screen image, select Enabled and click OK.
After finishing the above 3 steps, if you go to change the lock screen in PC settings, you will find a notice that reads, "Some settings on this page have been disabled by group policy."
