Step 1: Open Sound settings.
Go to the Search panel by Windows+F hotkeys, enter sound in the empty box, choose Settings and click Sound from the search results.
Tips: You can also open Sound settings according to Control Panel/Hardware and Sound/Sound.
Step 2: Complete related setting in Sound window.
In the pop-up Sound window, click Sounds tab, check the box before Play Windows Startup sound and tap OK.
