A restore point can help you undo the system changes without affecting any of the documents, pictures and other data in your computer. For example, you can revert your computer to a previous restore point if some recently installed programs or drivers make it work slowly or abnormally. In addition, the computer system will automatically and periodically create restore point, and you are also able to manually create it by following the steps below.

Step 1: Right-click Computer icon and choose Properties in the context menu.
Step 2: Click System protection in the System window.
Step 3: Select a hard drive whose system protection has been turned on, and tap Create button.
Step 4: Enter a description for the restore point and click Create to continue.
Step 5: Wait for the creating process to complete.
When the following prompt box appears, it indicates that the restore point has been created with success.
