For security protection, it is recommended to turn on Do Not Track requests for IE so that your information won't be tracked when you visit sites in Internet Explorer. And this article illustrates how to make it on Windows 10 computer using the following two methods.
Video guide on how to turn on/off Do Not Track requests for IE in Windows 10:
Step 1: Open Internet Explorer.
Step 2: Click the top-right Tools button (i.e. the gear icon), choose Safety and tap Turn on Do Not Track requests.
Step 3: Select Turn on.
Step 1: Type internet option in the search box on taskbar and hit Internet Options in the result.
Step 2: Open Advanced, select Send Do Not Track requests to sites you visit in Internet Explorer and click OK.
