Step 1: Open Mouse Properties.
Tap the lower-left Start button, enter mouse in the blank box and choose Mouse in the results.
Step 2: Turn on Click Lock.
This step can be further divided in to the following three procedures.
1. Check the box before Turn on ClickLock.
2. Click Settings, move the scale to adjust how long you need to press a mouse button before your click is locked, and then tap OK.
3. Choose OK to confirm and finish the operation.
