To get rid of the annoying notification sounds in Windows 10 computer, you can use the following two methods to turn off notification sounds.

2 ways to turn off notification sounds on Windows 10:

Way 1: Turn notification sounds off in PC settings.

Step 1: Open PC settings.

Step 2: Access Search and apps.

Step 3: Click Notifications and tap the switch under the setting called "Play notification sounds" to turn it off.

Note: This method is unworkable in computers running Windows 10 Enterprise.

Way 2: Turn off notification sounds in Sound settings.

Step 1: Click the lower-left Start button, input sound and select Sound from the results to open Sound settings.

Step 2: In the Sound dialog, open Sounds and choose Notification in the program events.

Step 3: Tap the Sounds bar, select (None) in the list and click OK.
