Part 1: Show History bar or Feeds bar in Windows 10 IE

Click View on the Menu bar, point to Explorer bars in the menu and select History or Feeds to show the History bar or Feeds bar.

Tip: If the Menu bar is missing in your IE, you can temporarily display it using the Alt key.

Part 2: Hide History bar or Feeds bar in Windows 10 IE

Open the View menu by Alt+V, click Explorer bars in this menu and deselect History or Feeds in the sub-list to hide it.
