The tiles are arranged orderly on the Windows 10 Start Menu, as shown in the following picture. However, it doesn't mean that their size is permanently fixed, because you are able to resize them whenever you like to. Meanwhile, this article will show you how to resize tiles on Start Menu step by step.
Video guide on how to resize tiles on Start Menu in Windows 10:
Step 1: Open the Start Menu.
Tap the Start button on the bottom-left corner to open the menu immediately.
Step 2: Change tile size.
On the Start Menu, right-click a tile (e.g. News), choose Resize in the context menu and select a size type from Small, Medium, Wide and Large in the sub-list.
For example, if Large is chosen, the size of the selected tile will be changed accordingly, as exhibited in the screen shot below.
