The drive installed with apps is almost full on your Windows 10 computer? At this time, you can uninstall the useless programs firstly to release some disk space. If you still receive the low space prompt, you can consider moving your Windows 10 apps to another larger drive. To move the installed apps to another drive on Windows 10 easily, 2 ways are provided for you here.
If the installed apps are got from Windows store before, you can move the Windows store apps to another drive in Windows App Settings.
Step 1: Click the Start button on your Windows 10 desktop and then choose "Settings".
Step 2: Select "Apps" in the Windows Settings interface.
Step 3: In the left pane, click "Apps & features". Then, click your needed app and choose "Move".
Step 4: Select a drive to store the moved app and hit "Move" to run the operation.
You can also move installed apps to another drive on Windows 10 with third-party tools and SteamMover is worth trying. Before you apply this tool, it's better to create a system restore point to incase that things go wrong.
Step 1: Download SteamMover from the official website and you will get a Zip file.
Step 2: Open the download file and double-click the exe file to run the software.
Step 3: For the Steam Apps Common Folder option, choose the folder where your apps are installed. After that, appoint a drive to save the moved apps in the Alternative Folder option.
Note: The drive installed with apps or the appointed drive here must be in NTFS format.
Step 4: Select the app and hit the "blue and right arrow" at the bottom of the window. A Command window will show to move the selected app to the destination drive.
