By default, you can go to Settings Personalization > Lock screen then expend the down arrow under the Background and select Windows spotlight. Now here is how to find Windows 10 Spotlight images:

Step 1: Show the hidden file.

For the Windows Spotlight images folder is invisible, so, we have to show the hidden files for advanced.

1. Hit Windows + E to open File Explorer.

2. Click on View tab then locate to the Show/hide section. Check the box of Hidden items.

3. Click on Option.

4. In the Folders Option window, open the View tab.

5. Select the button labeled Show hidden files, folders, and drives. Tap on OK to save changes.

Step 2: Get Windows 10 Spotlight images.

1. Navigate to This PC C: Users [Your User Name] AppData Local Packages Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy LocalState Assets.

2. In the Assets folder, you will find scores of files. Right-click on a file and select Rename.

3. Add suffix .png or .jpg at the end of file name. Then double-click on it to view the Spotlight image.
