"Hi, there. I can't create a slide show as lock screen on a Windows 10 computer because the setting called Play a slide show on the lock screen has been disabled, as shown in the following picture. Could you tell me how to solve the problem?"
To settle the above-mentioned problem, you can try to change the setting named "Prevent enabling lock screen slide show" in Local Group Policy. For more info, please refer to the steps below.

Step 1: Open the Local Group Policy Editor.
Step 2: Find and open the "Prevent enabling lock screen slide show" setting.
In detail, it is located in Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Control Panel/Personalization.
Step 3: Do not configure this setting.
Choose Not Configured and tap OK.
Tip: You can also disable the setting to achieve the same goal.
After these three procedures, you'll find that the "Play a slide show on the lock screen" setting in PC settings has been enabled, as exhibited in the screen shot below.
