Note: If you want to set the user account in details, please type its full name, description, and password. Also you can set whether you want to change password at next logon and other settings, such as User cannot change password, Password never expires and Account is disabled.

Case 2: Add local account to Windows 10 without admin rights

Suppose you are always asked to type an administrator password while you try to create a local account with above ways in Case 1, it means you are not signing in Windows 10 with an administrator account and built-in administrator account is disabled. And if you still cannot enter an administrator account password or PIN at this moment, you will fail to create a new local account in Windows 10 because of no admin rights.

To solve this problem, I will recommend you two methods to add a local account to Windows 10.

Method 1: Create a local account with help of Windows 10 password reset disk

This method is recommended if you have Windows password reset disk for an administrator account in Windows 10. Then you could reset the forgotten administrator password with reset disk at first to get Windows administrator privileges.

Step 1: Reset Windows 10 forgotten administrator password with reset disk.

1. Boot Windows 10 to login screen and choose the administrator you have forgotten password.

2. Try to type an incorrect password and press Enter. If you are prompted that "The password is incorrect", click OK and use the link "Reset password" under password input box.

Method 2: Add new local account to Windows 10 with iSunshare tool

To achieve this goal, you just need a powerful tool, iSunshare Windows 10 Password Genius, which can be burned into a removal device so that you can boot your locked Windows 10 computer from it and run the effective iSunshare program to add new local user account.

Firstly, burn the utility to a removal and bootable drive.

1. Find, install and run Windows 10 Password Genius on another Windows PC or laptop you can access.

2. Plug the removal device, such as USB flash drive into the same computer and choose it as burning device.

3. Tap on Begin burning to officially burn the iSunshare program into USB flash drive.

2. Windows 10 Password Genius will run on Windows 10 computer even you are logged off.
