I promise never to encrypt the document. Nothing can be terrible than forgetting the password. Although this software finds back my password, it takes times to do this.

I think the most outstanding feature of this software is that it offers four recovery types to recover password, which guarantees a high success rate. At first, I tried Normal type to recover the password of a word document. It failed. Then I tried to use Mask type. It took less time to recover the password successfully. That's great!

My word password consists of upper-case letter and lower-case letters and numbers. It is so complicated that I forgot it. But this magical software retrieved it back. Although it took a long time, it was worth waiting.

This software is designed with the intuitive using interface so that I can quickly know how to recover my password. I used it for many times as I was used to setting different passwords for my Office documents in the old laptop. Now I collected all the passwords and put it on my new laptop. The software is helpful, but you need patience and the time!

I am a forgetful secretary that deals with a number of Words, Excels, PowerPoints and Access files every month. For some documents that are confidential, I would add the strong password to protect it. But sometimes, I mixed the passwords up and unable to open the files I need. This software helped me a lot in saving time. I enjoyed using the Dictionary recovery method of this software.

This app is absolutely and completely burden-released tool. It imitates the human manually guessing password process and creatively let the program do it. Fantastic, it helped me for the Access password. One more comment, you need to make your website more interactive.
