I forgot my iTunes backup password and do not want to lose my data. Luckily find your software and disable the iTunes encryption password with no data loss. So nice!

I used it to remove my Apple ID on iPhone 5S. At first, I failed and got the message “ Failed to remove Apple ID”. Then their customer service helped me to make it removed. Awesome and thanks for your help.

When I downloaded the software, my computer regarded it as a virus. And the customer support said the software is safe to use. I allowed the program to install on my computer and finally unlocked my iPhone 7. It did work for screen passcode removing.

You can take advantage of the third-party tool, like iSunshare iPhone Passcode Genius, to remove the lock screen within few simple clicks. You do not need to have the screen lock passcode and Apple ID passcode, as well as the synced iTunes. But it is necessary to download the latest iTunes on the computer (No need to sign in and run it).

Overall this is a handy, affordable software. It does what it says, efficiently, quickly, and reliably. It is particularly useful for those who are less technical and cannot dive in settings or perform a bunch of actions to get inside their locked iOS device. iSunshare iPhone Passcode Genius handles it with ease. The only drawback I found is its availability on only Windows and not Mac.

Great product! It helped me unlock my iPhone 8 Plus from my sister in law. Now I can do everything on this iPhone. So happy it belongs to me. I am going to remove its Apple ID now!

The locked screen made me angry! My cousin typed the wrong passcode for too many times so the iPhone is disabled, I did not know what to do until my friend told me iPhone Passcode Genius. It made it unlocked! I was surprise when they told me that it can remove Face ID. Fantastic!
