iOS 15.2 brings a new feature called Security Lockout to protect your device from unauthorized use. Once you enter the wrong passcode severally, you will receive a notification that says "iPhone unavailable" or "Security Lockout". In this case, all you need to do is enter your Apple ID and passcode on the locked device to reset or delete it.
After you have entered the wrong passcode a few times or more, the iPhone security lockout mode appears on the screen. In most cases, "iPhone Unavailable" is the first thing that appears after several failed attempts to unlock iPhone. Later, the "Security Lockout" screen will appear.
