Step 2: Reset or remove Windows administrator password.
Usually the password reset disk is created with bootable USB or CD. Now insert the disk into your computer where you need admin rights to install software.
1. Start or restart computer, and set computer boot from USB or CD.
2. A Windows password reset tool will run on your computer, and list the system and user account information.
3. Select the administrator you forgot password, and tap on Reset Password button.
4. Click on Yes to confirm and successfully reset or remove Windows administrator password.

Step 2: Change the standard user to administrator in Control Panel.
1. Open Control Panel in computer and navigate to Manage another account
2. Choose the standard user and click Change the account type.
3. Choose Administrator and click Change Account Type to apply these changes.
4. Exit Control Panel and reboot your computer.
Step 3: Sign in with new administrator account and install programs as normal.
