Tutorial: How to Use iSunshare XRepair Genius

XRepair Genius is the professional file repair software which makes it easy to fix corrupted/unopenable/blurry photos, videos, files and audio. It supports a bulk of files formats and works fast to rescue the data.

Part 1: How to Repair Damaged Photos

With this photo repair tool, you can quickly fix issues where images display only halfway, image data is lost and cannot be opened, and other related problems. Various photo formats are supported: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, and BMP.

Step 1: Open the software and click Photo Repair option in the left side.

Step 2: Click the Add Picture button on the right panel. Then choose the photos you want to repair.

Step 3: Now you can see the information of each photo. After that, hit the Repair button on the lower right corner to repair the photos in batch.

Step 4: When the software has successfully repaired your photo, you will get the successful prompt. Hit the OK button. After that, you can hit the preview icon to preview each repaired photo.

When the prompt says there are files failed repair and asks you to try the Advanced Repair mode, you can hit the OK button and click the Advanced Repair button in the image section to get it repaired.

To better recover the data for the image, it is asked to add a sample file from the same device or in the same format. After that, click the Next button.

Step 5: Hit the Save button in the lower right corner and select a destination folder to save the repaired photos.

Part 2: How to Repair Corrupted Videos

With iSunshare XRepair Genius, you can easily fix video corruption, not playing, no sound, black screen, buffering and other errors. Whether your video is in MP4, MOV, 3GP, or M4V format, this video repair tool has you covered.

Step 1: Run iSunshare XRepair Genius and select Video Repair option on the left menu.

Step 2: Click the Add Video button on the right panel to add corrupted video files.

Step 3: When the videos are added, you can click the Repair button and let the repair tool runs automatically.

Step 4: When repair process ends, you can hit the preview icon to preview the video.

If it says the files fail to be repaired, you can hit try the Advanced Repair mode to save the severely damaged video.

Step 5: Now you can save the videos on your desired location. Two options are offered. If you want to place the videos in different location, hit the Save icon in each image section to export the repaired video. If you want to store the videos at the same location, hit the Save button on the bottom right corner to process.

Part 3: How to Repair Corrupted PDF or Office Files

iSunshare XRepair Genius allows you to repair the corrupted or cannot open PDF documents and office files in simple clicks. You can easily get back the content in PDF, PPTX, DOCX, and XLSX files.

Step 1: Launch the software and choose the File Repair option.

Step 2: Click the Add File button to upload documents into the software.

Step 3: When the files are added, hit the Repair button on the bottom right corner to repair the files in batch.

Step 4: Minutes later, the files are repaired successfully. You can hit the save icon next to the file to download and save the repaired file locally. Or you can click the Save button in the bottom right side to store all repaired documents.

Part 4: How to Repair Unplayable Audio Files

With XRepair Genius, you can easily fix audio files not opening, intermittent sound and other issues. This audio repair tool supports to fix WAV, AAC, MP3, and FLAC format audio files.

Step 1: Start the software and choose Audio Repair to proceed.

Step 2: Hit the Add Audio button to add the unplayable audio files.

Step 3: Click the Repair button and the software will analyze and start repairing the audio file.

Step 4: Minutes later, you can hit the save icon in each audio file field or the Save button in the bottom right corner to store your audio files locally.
