If you need to run it, first press Ctrl+C to copy what you want and open the Word document, then press Win+V to open the Clipboard history. If you look closely, you ‘ll find that there are two icons right to each item. Click the three-dots menu, you can see more: Paste as text and Delete.
Tap Paste as text means the content is automatically pasted into plain text and does not retain the original format. By the way, this is a feature of the Clipboard that Windows 10 does not have.
If you don't need one content, click the trash icon to delete it, if don't need all, click the Clear all option on the top-right to delete all clipboard history.
It is also easy to understand the Pin item icon under the three-dots menu. When you want to keep some important content in Clipboard, you can pin that item by clicking the Pin item icon to help you pin the content in case it gets lost. Besides, you should note that the number of entries that will be stored by Windows 11 is only 25, once you copy exceed it, the most previous clipboard history must be gradually disappeared, so you should pin items you want to keep by tapping the Pin item icon.

Clipboard history is a useful Windows 11 feature for copying and pasting text and images. By default, the Clipboard history was not enabled, if you need to run Clipboard history, you will have to go to the windows settings and enable it manually. Step 1: Go to Settings on your Windows 11 PC.
Step 2: In the Settings window, tap the System option on the left pane and scroll down to the Clipboard on the right pane.

Step 4: Similarly, if you don't need the function on your computer, just tap the On button and the Clipboard history will be turned off.
