Step 1: Right-click the desktop, expand New in the context menu and then tap Shortcut.
Step 2: In the Create Shortcut window, enter %windir%\system32\systempropertiesdataexecutionprevention.exe, and choose Next.
Step 3: Hit Finish to create the shortcut automatically named SystemPropertiesDataExecutionPrevention.
