Steps to create iSCSI Initiator shortcut on desktop:

Step 1: Right-click desktop, point-at New on the menu and choose Shortcut in the sub-list.

Step 2: Type %windir%\system32\iscsicpl.exe in the location box, and tap Next to continue.

Step 3: Enter iSCSI Initiator in the name box, and hit Finish to have the shortcut created.
