From the picture below, you can see that a shortcut named Color Management is shown on the Windows 10 desktop. To make such a shortcut by yourself, follow the guidance illustrated here.
Video guide on how to create Color Management shortcut on desktop:
Step 1: Right-tap the desktop, point at New in the context menu and choose Shortcut in the sub-list.
Step 2: When the window titled Create Shortcut appears, type %windir%\system32\colorcpl.exe and click Next.
Step 3: Enter Color Management to name the shortcut and hit Finish in the following window.
