All products on iSunshare come with 30-day money back guarantee based on accepted circumstances listed below. If a product exceeds the money-back-guarantee period, or it is out of the accepted circumstances, no refund will be given.

Circumstances of No Refund

As iSunshare provides users the free trial version to try before purchasing, iSunshare generally does not accept your refund demand in the following situations:

Non-technical Circumstances:

  • 1. For password recovery series products, you recovered the lost password by yourself or remember it before using our products, even though you already purchased it.
  • 2. Your refund request on complaint of time using on recovery or the software failed to recover your password.
    Notes: We seriously emphasize that we cannot guarantee 100% recover your password , and the program will take long time (hours, days, weeks) to finish the recovery if the password is more than 8 length and consist of special character, such as “!@#$^&*(): “<>?”. The password recovery time is based on the password complexity, password length, computer performance, and the version of encryption program. All these are stated in our program.
  • 3. For Windows Password Genius, you purchased it and you said you reset the password in other ways.
  • 4. Purchase of a wrong product, which has already been followed by the purchase of correct product from another company.
  • 5. Failing to read the product description before purchasing and then resulting in dissatisfaction with the product's function. It is highly recommended everyone to read the product description and try the free trial version before purchasing the full version.
  • 6. A refund for the failure to receive registration code after the order has been successful. Generally, the registration code will be automatically sent within 1 hour. But sometimes it may be delayed by email spam setting, internet issue and so on. In this case, feel free to contact iSunshare support team. We will retrieve registration code for you ASAP within 24 hours.
  • 7. Your refund request on complaint of credit card fraud or other unauthorized payment. As iSunshare cooperates with an independent payment platform, it's impossible to monitor authorization during payment. In this case, iSunshare recommends you to contact the card issuers if there is a fraud. And the refund cannot be accepted.
  • 8. iSunshare product price differences between different regions or price differences between iSunshare and other companies.
  • 9. When the purchase is finished, it cannot be refunded by the reason of incompatible with the operating system. iSunshare highly recommends customers try the software before purchase.
  • 10. A refund request due to the price change or purchase from promotion campaigns.
  • 11. A refund request on failing to receive the download link for the product, and you did not try to contact us.
  • 12. You change your mind after getting the registration details and download instructions.

Technical Circumstances:

  • 1. You requested refund for technical reasons, but never asking help from our support team with any detailed explanation of the problem. A refund request won't be allowed if customers refuse to cooperate or refuse to try the solutions provided by iSunshare.
  • 2. A refund request for technical problems after the software has been updated, if the order exceeds 30 days.

Circumstances of Eligible Refund

If you are not satisfied with our products due to the following reasons, we'll refund your money in 30 days after purchase.

  • 1. You ordered a wrong product, and then purchased the right product from us. We can refund you for the wrong product.
  • 2. Purchase of two same products (both from iSunshare), or two products with similar functions (both from iSunshare). In this case, iSunshare will refund one of the products or exchange one program for another iSunshare product if required.
  • 3. Our products didn't work for you, and our technical support team failed to provide effective solutions for you within 30 days.

Once your refund is issued, please:

  • 1. Uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.
  • 2. Destroy the disc and uninstall the software from your computer if you purchased a CD version of the product.
